Shipping Information
Zellaforte ships premium longevity supplements throughout the EU/EEA region, with a primary focus on Germany and Western Europe. All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched promptly from our fulfillment partner, OmniMed Global B.V., based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Pharmacy Purchases
Zellaforte products are also available through licensed pharmacies in Germany, distributed by adequapharm GmbH, Egellsstraße 21, 13507 Berlin. If you purchased a Zellaforte product through a pharmacy, the pharmacy is the seller and is solely responsible for shipping, delivery, returns, and customer service. The shipping terms, return policies, and delivery timelines described on this page apply only to orders placed through zellaforte.com. For pharmacy purchase inquiries, please contact the pharmacy where you made your purchase.
Order Processing Time
Your order will be processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days of order confirmation. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by destination:
- Germany (domestic): 2-4 business days after dispatch
- Other EU/EEA countries: 5-10 business days after dispatch
These are estimated timeframes. International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing or unforeseen circumstances. Zellaforte is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or carrier delays beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location and are displayed in full at checkout before you complete your purchase. Costs vary by region within the EU/EEA and are clearly itemized in your order summary.
30-Day Voluntary Return Policy
In addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (see our Right of Withdrawal page), Zellaforte offers a generous 30-day voluntary return policy. This means you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, even if you have opened the product, provided the conditions below are met.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return under our 30-day policy, items must be:
- Returned within 30 calendar days of delivery
- In resalable condition (preferably unused and unopened)
- In original packaging with all documentation included
- Free from signs of use or wear
- Not subjected to misuse or damage caused by the customer
Important: Opened or used items may still be eligible for return at our discretion. Please contact our support team before returning to discuss your specific situation.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please email support@zellaforte.de with the following information:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item(s) if possible (especially if damaged or defective)
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to:
- Damaged or defective items upon arrival
- Wrong items sent in error
- Items that do not match the product description
In these cases, we will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take pride in the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong items, please contact us immediately at support@zellaforte.de with photographic evidence. We will arrange either a replacement shipment or a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Damage claims must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Please retain packaging and unpack carefully to preserve evidence of damage.
Return Processing & Refunds
Upon receipt of your returned items at our fulfillment center, we will inspect the package and process your return within 5-7 business days. Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of our receipt of the returned goods.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund (typically 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution).
Fulfillment & Shipping Operations
Zellaforte's fulfillment and shipping operations are managed by OmniMed Global B.V., our logistics partner based at Krom Boomssloot 5, 1011GP Amsterdam, Netherlands (KvK: 98643908 | VAT: NL868582025B01). OmniMed handles warehousing, order picking, packing, and shipment of all orders. All products are sourced and authenticated by Anstalt für Zellforschung and shipped in accordance with the highest quality standards.
Track Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and carrier information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment in real-time through the carrier's website.
