Part II — Allergen Information

Commitment to Transparency

Zellaforte is committed to full transparency regarding allergen content in our products in compliance with EU Regulation 1169/2011 (Food Information to Consumers). We recognize that allergen information is critical for consumer safety, particularly for individuals with food allergies and intolerances.

The 14 EU Major Allergens

Under EU Regulation 1169/2011, the following 14 major food allergens must be declared on food labels:

  • Cereals containing gluten (wheat, barley, oats, rye, spelt, kamut)
  • Crustaceans and crustacean products
  • Eggs and egg products
  • Fish and fish products
  • Peanuts and peanut products
  • Soybeans and soy products
  • Milk and milk products (including lactose)

  • Celery and celery products
  • Mustard and mustard products
  • Sesame seeds and sesame products

Product Allergen Information

Detailed allergen information for each Zellaforte product is available on the individual product page within our e-commerce store and on the physical product label. We strongly encourage you to review allergen information before purchase and consumption.

Allergen Status and Current Formulations

Zellaforte products may contain or be derived from ingredients that are classified as allergens under EU Regulation 1169/2011. The specific allergen content of each product is declared on the individual product label and product page. Please always refer to the product label for the most current and accurate allergen information, as formulations may be updated periodically.

If you have specific allergen concerns or require detailed information about a particular ingredient, please contact us at support@zellaforte.de before purchasing. We will provide comprehensive allergen details to help you make safe purchasing decisions.

Manufacturing Facilities and Cross-Contamination

Zellaforte products are manufactured in certified production facilities in Germany that hold FSSC 22000 certification, ensuring rigorous food safety management throughout the production process. Our manufacturing partners operate under strict quality control protocols, including comprehensive batch testing, hygiene monitoring, and end-product analysis.

These facilities produce a range of food supplement formats — including capsules, tablets, powders, and liquids — for multiple clients and product lines. As a result, our products are manufactured in facilities that also process other products which may contain one or more of the 14 EU major allergens, including but not limited to soy, milk (lactose), gluten-containing cereals, and fish-derived ingredients.

While our manufacturing partners maintain strict cleaning protocols, dedicated production scheduling, and validated sanitation procedures to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that trace amounts of allergens are completely absent from our finished products. This applies even to products that do not intentionally contain a given allergen as a listed ingredient.

If you have severe allergies or anaphylactic sensitivities to any food allergen, we strongly recommend that you contact us at support@zellaforte.de to discuss your specific concerns before purchasing.

Product Formulation Changes

Zellaforte product formulations may change from time to time to improve quality, efficacy, or compliance with regulatory requirements. Such changes may also affect allergen content. Always check the most current product label before consumption, particularly if you rely on our products on a regular basis or have known allergies or intolerances.

Recommendations for Individuals with Allergies

If you have a food allergy, intolerance, or sensitivity, we strongly recommend that you:

  • Review the complete ingredient list and allergen declarations on the product label before purchase
  • Contact us directly at support@zellaforte.de if you require detailed allergen information or have questions
  • Consult with a qualified healthcare professional, such as an allergist or registered dietitian, regarding your specific allergen concerns
  • Never assume a product is safe based on the product name or marketing description alone
  • Be aware that some ingredients may be derived from allergen-containing sources even if the specific allergen is not listed as a major allergen
